Fast Track Resource Consent

We are delighted to announce that the Expert Consenting Panel has issued their decision granting consent for the final building at The Foundation. This milestone was the culmination of two years of detailed work by our talented design team and will ensure that the revitalisation of this incredible precinct will be truly extraordinary. This allows us to confidently move forward with the detailed design and procurement to allow works to flow on from the completion of the Abbott Residences.
