Our hospitality philosophy breaks into two areas.
Firstly, there is the expertise of Generus Living in this important area. In designing our restaurants, cafes, relaxing and recreational areas we have approached it from the angle of a luxury resort or private club. The level of service, the attention to detail, the private stationery, the menu options, the attitude of the people, the expertise to pre-empt a need or request are all factored in.
Secondly, there are our residents as hosts. This is their home, their place to enjoy and to take pride in showing to others.
When friends or family come to visit, they want to have comfort in knowing the welcome will be warm and genuine. Same when they are hosting or entertaining other residents – life should be engaging, fulfilling – and fun.
